About the Author(s)

Diane Lindsey Reeves is the founder of Bright Futures Press. She holds an undergraduate degree in elementary education as well as a master's-level certification in applied communications. She is the author or coauthor of several books and series of books, including the Career Ideas for Kids and Virtual Apprentice series for Ferguson's. Reeves also conducts workshops on teaching career-planning skills to students. She resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Gail Karlitz is an author and editor of nonfiction materials for young people and holds master's degrees in education and finance. She has taught pre-K through high school, published Careers and Colleges magazine for high school students, and led parenting workshops. She has coauthored several books in the Virtual Apprentice series for Ferguson's. She lives in Stamford, Connecticut.
