About the Author(s)

David Schultz received his Ph.D. in political science and his J.D. at the University of Minnesota and is currently a professor at Hamline University. He is the author and editor of numerous books, including Facts On File's Encyclopedia of the Supreme Court and Encyclopedia of American Law.
